Are your kids interested in learning the art of mixed martial arts? Sign them up for a free trial class at Rapid Waters Jiu Jitsu! Our skilled instructors will teach them the basics of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Judo in a fun and safe environment. Try it out for a week and see the progress for yourself. Tuesdays & Thursdays you can choose between BJJ or MMA. Just bring a water bottle, wear comfortable workout clothes, and slip-on shoes if you have them.
