Preschool Jiu-Jitsu
This class is designed to teach our little ones coordination and balance to prepare them for jiu-jitsu. The class is 30 minutes long and broken into 5 minute sections to help us capture those short little attention spans. We focus on play and games when teaching Jiu-Jitsu basics. Adult Jiu-Jitsu
Jiu-Jitsu is not just for those who wish to compete, any one at any age can join this fun class and learn a new sport. If you should want to compete however, your coach will be there to support you as much as possible! Through this class, students have the opportunity to learn new skills, techniques and confidence in a fun, dynamic way. Contact us today to learn more about each of our class offerings.
Kid's Jiu-Jitsu
This class is for kids 6 years old and up. Beginners will learn Jiu-Jitsu basics with a classmate to prepare them for the sparring sessions. All classes include a fun game that sneaks in teaching the kids skills they will need when sparring. As one of our most popular classes, we recommend signing up for this course as early as possible as it tends to fill up quickly. If you have questions, please reach out.
After School Pick up
We know for some getting your kids to and from extracurriculars can be difficult. This school year you can sign up to do our after school program. We will pick the kids up from school! This class will be different from our other classes. It will run 5 days a week from when school let's out until 6pm. This will be a no gi class.
Adult MMA
MMA is a great way to have fun & get in shape, any one from 15 to any age can join this fun class and learn a new sport. If you should want to compete however, your coach will be there to support you as much as possible! Kids MMA
This MMA class is a great way to instill confidence & self control in kids ages 6-14. Kids will learn striking, grappling & Judo. This class is great for overall self-defense and will develop kids into well rounded fighters. All sparring gear will be supplied in class. Summer Camp
Need something fun to do this summer? Bring the kids by to learn Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, & MMA! Kids will watch movies, complete crafts, play video & other games in between classes. Camp will start at 8am & pick up is at 6pm. The last class of the day will be MMA from 5-5:45pm. Unlimited water & 2 healthy snacks will be given daily. Kids just need workout clothes and a lunch daily. Camp shirts are included.
