Come visit us at 409 Day for 1 Day only specials, demonstrations, & to get your MMA & Jiu-Jitsu Gear

May 3rd @ 7pm-8pm

At Daily Boost in Lumberton, $20 will include a self-defense fitness class with Coach Wayne and an Acai bowl from Daily Boost!

May 4th

May 4th Coach Wayne will be in Houston to coach any adult students that want to compete!

May 11th @ 10:30

In house competition for our students to get experience in a competition format and prepare for the bigger competitions in Houston.

Brackets are adjusted as close to rank and size as we can. We hope to see all of our Raindrop & Kid students at the event
